All parcels are shipped from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, from postcode 4560 and all orders are Safe Dropped. Regular Post for all orders is $14.95 and are shipped via Australia Post and should be delivered within 1 – 6 Business Days. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately and one of our customer service representatives will assist you. Every effort is made to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) Orders may require 1 business day for handling and if this is the case, we will contact you. We take no responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
