The small barrel of the size 1 brush is perfect for creating root lift in shorter styles and blow-drying fringes or shorter layers. Natural bristles create a smoother finish in your blow-dry.

Blast hair until it’s 80% dry. Working with small sections, place the brush into the root area and direct the heat from your dryer at the barrel. Keep the tension as you move the brush through your hair, directing heat at the barrel as you go.

When blow-drying your fringe, use the brush to pull it out straight rather than wrapping it completely around your brush, this will make it lay flat rather than giving it a rounded finish.
